The check in was streamlined as well as checkout. The Villa was very well maintained and clean. They have in each villa a laundry room. It is in a beautiful sand quiet setting. The onsite restaurant is excellent. They have a pickleball court and pools that are well maintained. The pool is relaxing.

Deluxe Cottage was Clean and had everything we needed! Would have preferred a Keurig coffee machine instead of the 4 cup drip coffee pot. Only negative was the Pull out sofa bed. Very poor quality, uncomfortable “mattress”. Resort was peaceful and we enjoyed the new pickleball courts. Gym is adequate but could use a refresh. Beautiful pristine swimming pool. Breakfast from the tavern bar was delicious and all of the employees we spoke with were wonderful! We will be back soon!

The resort was great, the room was very neat and clean. The oniy thing we didnt live was when we asked for more towels we we told no that we could do laundry (which is true), and we had to clean any dishes and take our garbage out before leaving at a very specific checkout time. Overall the property and room was great and I would stay again!

Gorgeous and spacious! Love the pickleball courts and the room with the view of the water. For some reason they don't give out the code for the entry gate when they email the unit door code, which is annoying. Regular coffee pot, nothing fancy. Enjoyed the stay, this was our 2nd time.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at St. James Bay. The property itself was very clean, and my husband and son really enjoyed the golf course. The pool was also a great amenity. Unfortunately, we did have some housekeeping issues. We arrived around midnight, and the flat sheet on the bed had a very unpleasant odor. The next morning, I also found dirty footprints and hair in the shower. I contacted the pro shop, and they said someone would come by to clean the bathroom and replace the sheet, but no one ever came. The property has a lot to offer, but the cleanliness of our unit and the lack of follow-up after reporting the issue were disappointing. I did speak to Sabrina yesterday morning and told her my experience and at that point wanted to send housekeeping and it was pointless after my husband cleaned and we were checking out early this morning.

My wife and I stayed here while visiting family in Carrabelle, the Villa we stayed in as well the grounds in general were clean and very well kept up. The most memorable thing of the trip would be the staff, the restaurant manager and the server during the days we were there made us feel like we have known them for years.

Lovely stay at St. James Bay, cozy spacious cottage, restaurant on premises, golf, pickleball, playground. Nicely managed grounds. Would stay again!
