Lovely condo walking distance to Carpinteria beach and downtown.

  • Carpinteria is noted as the world’s safest beach and itsmall town atmosphere. When you’re not enjoying the beach there are plenty of yummy restaurants and gift shops walking distance to Linden Ave. For the pickle ball players the courts are just down the street on 8th and Palm Ave. There’s lots of hiking trails in the local mountains for the hikers in your group.
    Once you’ve been to our small beach town you’ll most certainly want to return.
