The open-concept living area is bright and airy, featuring clean lines, warm natural textures, and minimalist décor that flows seamlessly onto a spacious 9x15 balcony through double-wide sliding glass doors. Bedroom: Queen bed, Nightstands, Dresser with Mirror, ceiling fan Full Bathroom: Bathtub with Shower, Single Vanity, toilet Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen, stainless refrigerator-freezer, electric drop-in range, oversized stainless sink, commercial pull spray faucet, stainless dishwasher, bar counter seats 4 Dining Room: Dining Table with seating for 4 Living Room: wall mounted smart TV, leather sofa, leather side chairs, occasional tables, balcony access Ocean View Balcony: access from the living room, teak outdoor dining table and 4 chairs Stacked washer and dryer Parking: 2 parking spots, passes required. Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. Rental Policies: In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.
