"The location is good for walking to boardwalk. The beach view is mostly obstructed but access is easy from the condo. The condo was clean, could have used a vacuum to maintain the floors. Please fellow rentors clean your dishes and pans BEFORE putting them in the cupboard. The building could use some repairs."
