"The room was clean and it’s the same as in the pictures. I’m will only recommend adding the electricity fee to the rent of this place. It was NOT mentioned anywhere when I reserve it, and it was sort of annoying getting to know that last day. An estimated can be simple added to the fee instead."

"The facilities were spectacular, the beach was exceptionally clean, entertainment was fabulous! Would defiantly recommend to enjoy their stay at Serenade. The Spa would need to adjust their prices to a more reasonable rates. Spa is definitely overcharging for their facilities use, and their massages. Facilities use as $60!! should be more like $25-$35. Massages were $199 p/p. should be more in rage of $100-150. I could have used less in "selling" from the hotel staff on the excursions. "

"The room was not new but it was nice. The TV and the hair dryer weren't working at first. They fixed the TV there was more of learning how to use it. And the hair dryer you needed to pull the trigger like a gun, but it worked fine after that. The beach was fantastic the pool and drinks were very good, the food was acceptable. The Japanese and Mexican restaurants were the best. We came for the golf and we enjoyed the golf thoroughly. Thank you too Jose Bautista who helped us out. "

"This hotel is gorgeous! We needed to stay close to the airport after our original flight was canceled. The rooms were huge, really clean and just beautifully designed. The food and cocktails were the BEST we had our entire trip and the staff was just incredible. We had been in the Dominican for nearly a week at a different property that was supposed to be a 5 star resort but it had not been a great experience so this was such a refreshing change. We would 100% recommend and come back to stay here. "

"The staff was courteous and helpful. It wasnt explained well where to check in and therefore I waited downstairs for an hour where I felt dismissed and wasnt given much direction when told to go upstairs. The room was nice as the pictures but some weird holes in walls... The difficulty in speaking to staff was hard at times English to Spanish, even with simple words. The food at the restaurant was really good. The prices were good as well. The housekeeper never cleaned our room and the phone did not work in the room to make request. "

"Amazing 1000/100 great security it’s a double gated community. The apartment neatly clean with all I mean all necessary elements for a home away from home! You can cook ANYTHING the kitchen is full equipped, plenty of towels it’s definitely a haven. The pool mind blowing! Definitely highly recommended! "
