The listing details are extremely accurate, the property is in extremely good condition and very clean with all of the facilities you would require for a self catering stay. The location is perfect with only a few minutes walk down into the shops and bars. There is a parking space but it is quite tight, we Only had a small car and it was still quite a struggle to fit the car on and allow space for the next car to the right hand...

"Comfortable, clean, fully equip apartment with fabulous views over the beach below and panoramic sea views. Whilst the 2nd floor location is hard on the knees after a day walking, the fact you don't need to close any blinds mean you get the stars and the sun rise whilst lying in bed! Coverack Paris Hotel/pub is just 10 mins away, uphill on the way back to burn off dinner or a couple of beers. Beware the f&c shop is not reliable which in turn puts pressure on the Pub for evening dinner so you...

"Stayed for a 3 night stay . The room was great. Everything we needed for a weekend break . Really nicely decorated, which we loved . Good location to restaurants and bars and seafront. "Charming old tea rooms which is now a lovely chalet with everything needed. Short drive to Falmouth and its facilities Couldn't get closer to the beach. Owner very helpful and responsive to queries. Left feeling recharged and rested. Would definitely go back."

"Lovely place to stay, beach perfect for the dogs and people all very friendly. Accommodation good, could have been much better with a welcome pack! The steps were a challenge, I consider myself quite fit but 74steps to climb with luggage not easy, added to which my husband scraped his car on the hand rail while trying to park on the tricky slope. The views were amazing from the deck as expected."
