"I couldn’t say enough great things about the IQ, mainly how incredible the staff was. My girlfriend and I were staying on property for her birthday and I wanted to surprise her with roses that morning. The staff made sure to have rose pedals waiting in the room upon check in, and then coordinated roses to be dropped off the morning of her birthday which made for the best surprise. Our room was amazing, exactly what we needed and always maintained. Overall, our stay was fantastic and if we find ourselves back in Italy, IQ is at the top of our list. "Chose this hotel after our flight was canceled. Staff was extremely welcoming. Rooms were clean,neat and well appointed. No frills but everything was very clean. Coffee/bakery area had an amazing breakfast selection. We didn’t have the buffet but looked thru the room and it looked very nice as well."
