All of Carmel’s pristine beaches, shops, restaurants and galleries are just minutes away. Driveway parking and Tesla charger. A second vacation rental ("Suite Spot") is located on this 1.57 acre lot. NOTE: Reduced rates due to potential construction noise M-F on a neighboring property.

Enjoyed our stay.

Great view from the deck. Cute studio but it was a bit musty smelling inside. A candle or air freshener would have been helpful. We robbed the throw from the bed to use on the pull out as there wasn’t any other bed linens besides sheets A wine cork would be handy to have in the kitchen. Otherwise enjoyed the accommodations!

Honeymoon

First of all the view from the wrap around window was beautiful!! Needed to stock the cottage with more towels, nothing in kitchen to dry off dishes with. Bathroom window needs to be completely covered. Construction on the property was noisy. Water utilities showed up asking us about putting in a new water meter and would need to bring their trucks down to where we parked.

Great escape

This was a great spot for our short visit to Carmel. It is cozy, but had everything we needed for our stay. Views from the deck were lovely once the fog cleared and found it to be quiet in the evening. There is local construction making noise early in the morning, but nothing that a sound machine app (or the provided fan) couldn’t drown out to get some extra zzz’s. It was close enough to walk to town and beach though it is hilly. Kyle checked in by text and email on arrival and all instructions were clearly provided prior to our trip. I would consider staying here again over going with a hotel option.

Awesome - we'll be back

We loved this place. Wonderful view and tranquil surroundings in a pretty central location. Very nice and light space. A reading light above the corner couch would be a great addition, and maybe a couple cozier chairs. We'll be back. Thank you.
