The Space: Carmel's Isabella-by-the-Sea offers guest two (2) bedrooms, two+ (2.5) baths plus a separate sleeping bonus room with sofa sleeper, and a media/den that seats five (5) with a flat screen SMART TV'. The upper level deck affords Guest open views. The living room is newly furnished and features ample light through the floor to ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings.
A 2020 remodel includes new hardwood French Oak floors, a new Chefs kitchen with silestone counter tops, top of the line Viking stainless steel appliances, new fixtures and new bathrooms. Even the laundry room has new cabinets and appliances!!!
Isabella-by-the-Sea upper level offers a living room, dining area, full kitchen with ample cabinet and counter space, plus Master Suite, which comes with a newly remodeled en suite bath.
The living room is furnished with a high quality sectional and arm chairs offering comfortable seating for seven (7) people to gather around the Carmel Stone Fireplace and large Flat Screen TV
The Master suite features a new King bed with, luxury linens, Flat Screen TV, and a spa-like Master bath complete with separate shower stall, towels and linens.
The main level is rounded out with a half bath / powder room.
Isabella-by-the-Sea's second bedroom suite provides a new King bed with luxury linens and bedding. This room also offers guests a Flat Screen TV. A newly remodeled bath is fully provisioned with Tub, Shower, linens and toiletries to meet guests needs.
The bonus room is furnished with a new Queen Sofa sleeper bed and luxury linens. This room also has a Flat Screen TV.
The lower level also has a media / den with a leather futon that pulls out to a full size sleeper. It has ample storage and closet space and an easily accessible, spacious laundry room equipped with a new high efficiency Washer and Dryer set.

Our second visit to this residence and we had a great time. The interior is cozy and the location is just right -- the beach is very close and downtown just a short walk away.
Management was extremely helpful and the place was so nice to be within walking distance of two beaches. It was the perfect retreat for a getaway in Carmel.
What a beautiful house, everything was above spectacular. The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking situation. Neighbor was quiet and very close to the beach. We will be back for sure!! Thank you for such a special weekend away in paradise.
House and amenities were beautiful with lots of attention to detail and guest experience. Great location and was perfect for a couples weekend with private spaces for each couple.
This is a perfect place for family getaways because the property contains top notch amenities, super clean and well maintained, close to (multiple) beaches, super quiet neighborhood, can roast marshmallows, and my kids love running up and down the stairs, close to Carmel downtown and Monterey, etc. We were very happy with the stay and will definitely revisit.
We had just a magnificent time enjoying this awesome house with sunlight filling the upstairs all day long, a great deck to enjoy coffee or evening wine and close proximity to amazing coastline beach walks and great access to restaurants and shops in town. Can't wait to do it again soon!
My family and I have stayed in several nice places in Carmel in the last few years, and liked this one best of all. It's spacious and elegant/modern-feeling, and the location is terrific, just minutes to the beach or a pleasant walk to downtown.
We enjoyed staying in watching movies in front of the fireplace, and there's a great outdoor patio as well. Wonderful place to relax for a weekend or a while longer.
Our stay could not have been any better. The house wash gorgeous, clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and the easy walk to the beach. We would definitely come back.
Absolutely love this property! The space is wonderful, the bedrooms and linens are magnificent and the kitchen is perfectly appointed; great coffee cups, drip and keurig, plenty of wine glasses and a glass iced tea pitcher. All the making for a perfect va-cay!
Friends and I enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful, tranquil, comfortable home. The location is very charming with Carmel and beaches within walking or short driving distance. Beautiful home! We loved our stay. Loved we could bring our Golden Retriever as well- She loved being at the beach with us. We loved our stay at Isabella over Christmas week. The home is beautifully decorated (they even put up a tree for us!) We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen and relaxing in the very comfy living room. We traveled with our dog and the house was very dog friendly. They had covers for the couch, flashlights for walks after dark and even a gate to keep him from wandering too far from us. The master bedroom and bathroom were fabulous! The management was very easy to communicate with and reached out to see how we were settling in. We would love to visit again!
Beautiful house that was even closer to the beach than we realized it would be. The house is very clean and well stocked. We loved the location and found it easy to walk to town or drive. Not sure what parking would be like during busier months. The only downside to the house is the 3rd bedroom opens to the upstairs and there is no closet. It makes a nice office but is not a full bedroom. Overall, wonderful house that I would come back to.
The home was well designed, open to the outdoors (surrounding outdoor decks with gas fireplace). Downstairs had two bedrooms with den and bathroom. Upstairs had master bedroom, LR (with fireplace), DR (seats 8 comfortably) and wonderfully designed/well-organized kitchen (everything you needed!). There was a 6 minute walk to a beautiful white sandy beach with blue, rhythmic waves. We were enchanted and the amenities were first class. Sparkly new, with Ritz-Carlton clean. Definitely will go there again! Close to many great breakfast and dinner restaurants as well.
