  • Why stay in a hotel when you can have a whole condo? The open floor plan of this downtown condo—with skylights and hickory floors—includes a cozy dining area and a living room with comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen TV and one of two gas fireplaces. And when you’re not taking advantage of the fine dining Carmel is known for, the kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The master suite has a King bed, a fireplace, and a private bath with a large tub and a steam shower. The second guest room has a Queen bed, and the second bath, located in the hall, has a walk-in shower. Elevator access. Single garage (fits one small/medium car only) in the Carmel Realty lot on Junipero (1/2 block away). There is unmetered street parking on Junipero past 5th, and a free parking lot (no overnight) on 3rd, between Junipero and Torres.  Carmel-by-the-Sea TOT License 25759 [enter desc]

We loved staying at this condo! It was very clean, comfortable and in an excellent location off of Ocean Ave. We enjoyed nearby shopping and restaurants and of course the beach! We would stay here again in a heartbeat :)

We were there for 4 nights and it had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bring your own tea bags, as I did. Coffee was provided. Lots of blankets and towels. Grateful for the washing machine.We invited relatives over for card games.It was nice and private for middle of Carmel by the Sea. Loved being on the top floor and the elevator is great for those who can not do stairs. I used the small table and chair outside to see the view and pray in the morning.Easy access with code for front gate and door.

Comfortable, good location

Our family of three had a nice stay at Banyan. The location is ideal, very walkable and close to shops, restaurants, with a local market just around the corner. Overall, we were comfortable and had a good experience. The furnishings and unit overall could use a bit of attention and updating, there were torn cushions on the sofa and torn throw pillows, scuffed walls, cobwebs, dim light bulbs, etc. We had plenty of space to relax when we were there but spent most of the trip exploring the beautiful town of Carmel and the surrounding area.

Awesome Condo

The condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 2 couples. Condo was clean, spacious, and beautiful inside. The location is awesome - within walking distance of the beach and of all of the restaurants and shopping that Carmel has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place and location

This was a great condo, beautiful and comfortable. Location was within walking distance to all Carmel has to offer. Included is a 1 car garage! I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

Great property!

Banyan unit is wonderful. It was an easy walk to all the shops and restuarants in Carmel. No issues with parking on the street as we had a large SUV. We will rent again!

Condo was perfect for us! Beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with everything we'd want. Location in downtown Carmel was great. We walked to everything - shops, restaurants, beach! Definitely would stay here again!
