"Property was well maintained. While checking in the staff put me in a room that I didn't order. Basically a down grade. I was very disappointed with that. And they told me it was a Penthouse but it was far from that. Probably wont go back because of this"

"Definitely a hidden gem. Views are immaculate. Lots of amenities. You literally don't have to leave the resort if you choose not to, but if you do. you're close to downtown with lots of restaurants and shopping choices. We will definitely visit again."

"I booked this hotel primarily in the excellent ratings which I cannot understand based on my experience. The hotel is well located within the Colonial Zone however there were several detractors. First and foremost, the rooms don’t have any air-conditioning which is a major flaw in a city as hot as Santo Domingo. My room (104) was in the ground floor and was very dark with no sun coming through the windows. The breakfast was mediocre at best with very limited selection and the scrambled eggs were cold. The rooftop poll is small and the loungers are uncomfortable. Not a great experience in my opinion."

"The property is located in downtown Curacao within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and entertainment. One of the amenities I wish the room would have is a microwave. Otherwise the room is pretty standard for an oceanfront and patio. It overlooks the ocean and shops across from the hotel. We can’t wait to return soon."
