A short walk to Staniel Cay Yacht Club, beaches, bars, restaurants, and village shops. Cottage has a large screened-in front porch, full kitchen with new appliances-gas stove, refrigerator and microwave and toaster. There is a queen size bed and a back porch with a water view. The cottage is equipped with a large AC unit, wireless internet, and smart TV with Netflix. New 2022 Club Car Onward golf cart available for rent during your stay. Please inquire for rental rates. Excellent communication, comfortable bed, the internet service for the tv works perfectly. Two beach chairs and a small cooler to take to the beach are available. The AC works very well.
