On arrival we were offered a disabled room which we hadn't booked,we said no and we were then offered the room type we had booked.we feel that this is because Expedia had paid for the room at a discount???
The room could have been cleaned to a higher standard,the loo set was broken an a floor tile in the bathroom had a crack in it.
