I decided to spend 20 days with my wife and sons and my daughter all our vacation
here all what you are should know about the hotel- and excuse my poor English
Location : great location, only cross the road and you will be in city center but be aware( some times traffic signal takes 3 - 5 minutes to crossthe road )
So any hotel 5 minutes far from the city center is the same time !
Staff: all staff are so great Ana in the reception , Varon, Augis , Samir and lazar all are great
But the general manger is the exception
Radiason Management always low standard i prefer to make reservation with Quality franchise as Marriot or Accor ( as Sofitel Novotel ) or hilton they are more professional and they are masters of welcoming ( During my stay i lost my money , time , and my happy moment and all sorry later
Radisson hotel chain is the worst in customer care: if you have a complain and you call they well tell you write email, when you write email they Dont reply your email until you call them again , and they dont really care about you
The hotel is 4 star by word and label but so Cheap Quality as Rooms doors , water pressure so week , lift always stop working
There only two lefts serving hotel guests, you will never feel any thing wrong unless one of them is out of service( it happened 2-3 times aweek ), you will wait normally 15 minutes to get down from 17 floor, i get on foot 16 floor because i don't want miss the breakfast and get u
