But since you were obstinate and even Expedia customer service could not make you listen to reason, you had to leave our hotel before the end of your stay, which of course we regret. A word of advice, do not try to cheat and inform when booking all the people who will be staying, and you will then have on your arrival the room that will be adapted to your needs, and a much more relaxed welcome.
