Location of this property is perfect - it’s within walkable distance to the bus stop which can take you to the different locations on the island. We stayed for two nights and we had dinner there for both nights - the food and the view from the restaurant was amazing, we saw really pretty sunset on both evenings. This small, reasonably priced and convenient hotel had some of the best staff we have met. We arrived at Capri Marina in a state of shock when we realised that we had left our passports at the previous hotel which were needed for the next part of our holiday. Sandro, the sympathetic manager immediately made useful suggestions, phoned the previous hotel, with an end result that we had our documents by a free courier the next day. This saved us a precious 6 hours round trip and £130 in costs....

Hotel is wonderful, location is excellent, staff and service perfect. Every room has great views over the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius, and also down the cliff to the marina grande below. A small historic hotel in a quiet location with superb views, comfortable and highly individual rooms, attentive staff, good food and many places to relax in tastefully furnished public rooms and within the grounds.

The location is in the centre of Amalfi and everything is walking distance. Vincenzo was very helpful and guided us on the best way to get to the various places by ferry or local bus, the staff there were always on hand if we needed anything. Breakfast was a OK had some vegetarian options but apart from that it was a really great place to stay.

Fabulous hotel excellent location main entrance in the main square of Sorrento close to all shops and restaurants. Hotel lovely, breakfast are fab. Staff really acomodating. I stayed in room 16 which is noisy as it's by reception. I would ask for a roo. On 2.nd floor at the back if you want quiet as rooms overlooking square would be noisy. Definitely go back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of the best apartments we have ever stayed at. The views from the large balcony were spectacular. Host was lovely, as well as the lady that cleaned the rooms during our stay.

This b&b is in a fantastic location right in the centre of Sorrento just off the main square. The train station is a short walk up the road so there's no need to hire a car to get to places such as Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The main harbour is also close by so taking a boat to visit Capri, Naples or the towns along the Amalfi coast is an easy option. We stayed here at Villa Yiara for 4 nights. It is a lovely bnb with stunning views of Positano, and such a great price. We had room number 1, with a jet shower (not jacuzzi bath) and a balcony.
