Perdemos o pôr do sol e, junto com ele, qualquer vontade de retornar ao hotel. Importante deixar claro: não recebemos a tábua de frios, nem o espumante, nem qualquer um dos itens que foram prometidos. E a questão aqui não é sobre “ganhar ou não ganhar” — isso não faz diferença para nós. O problema é a falta de transparência e respeito com o hóspede.
