"This was a 3 night short stay for 4 family members.The apartment was as described — very clean & comfortable & spacious.The only drawbacks I would say are the need for transport to access any shopping needs & the stairs! I should have given this particular issue more thought as 2 of us were in our 60’s & climbing to get to the apartment was a real problem for us.Be prepared— you need to be fit & younger than us."

"Fantastic property, everything you could ask for. Close to all the local amenities Tesco local about 50 meters away, as is 3 x take aways, oh and the local pub The Benllech which serves a great pint and very nice food. The beaches and the surrounding areas are absolutely outstanding. The local beach has two dog friendly areas which are really good. "Lovely stay, everything you needed. Food was great, evening meal and breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only down side is the building is dated and there was no fridge in the room."

"This is a stunning property in a superb location. The common parts of the main building are just fabulous and worth exploring. Staff are just lovely. We were staying in Rhianfa Lodge within the hotel grounds and whilst the room was clean and comfortable, the TV had reception problems that the staff tried very hard to fix but it persisted. Breakfast was disappointing with rock hard inedible bacon and strange consistency to the scrambled eggs although the croissants and coffee were the best I've had in the UK. The only other issue was noise disturbance when other rooms ran showers or flushed loos."

"You stayed here for our Snowden railway trip and for that the location was perfect literally two minute walk The hotel whilst not luxurious with comfortable we stayed in the coach house which was a nicely appointed room plenty of Car Parking Bar and dinner was fine, and the service was great and friendly"

"The property was clean and the room had nice sea views. The rooms are in a converted house next to the Indian restaurant at the site. They are as mentioned in the description accessed via stairs .. quite a few although was offered help with bags. The main negative factor is the location. We arrived and witnessed an altercation on the street in the mid-afternoon with a women punched in the face. The police attended. We looked for other food options but only fish and chips available nearby. which were good but not much choice of eateries near by. We booked for two nights stay but found a better option out of Bangor for the second night. Not a reflection on the accommodation or staff but rather the location."
