Great staff, very helpful and always smiling and friendly.
Concierge team, reception and waitresses deserve a particularly favourable mention!
Great breakfast, plenty of choice
Very enjoyable evening meals in the Mint restaurant.
Would highly recommend anyone staying at the hotel. Excellent stay!!
Very Beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean, high end. Staff is very professional and super friendly. Breakfast at hotel is excellent.
Only one problem - the location of this hotel is not the best for walking distance to night life, dining at waterfront. Have to get a lift to get anywhere. But as long as you are in the hotel - perfection.
I thought the hotel was fantastic from the minute. I walked in the door. The staff was very welcoming, and the hotel is perfectly located. I couldn’t be more happier with my choice to stay and would definitely stay here again when in Cape Town. Five stars all the way.
We recently stayed 5 nights at this beautiful hotel in the heart of the City and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out we were treated like royalty and every whim was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our beautiful rooms had excellent views of Table Mountain and two restaurants on site offered excellent food options, with the Bombay Brasserie a must visit. The bar too is an excellent place to unwind after a long day. I can’t say enough about the staff …..everyone from the front desk, concierge, doormen, bar & restaurant staff always had smiles on their faces and were eager to please. We have stayed here before and will certainly do so again.
