We were very comfortable during our stay and had all our requests taken care of. It was convenient to take the shuttle to the V&A Waterfront and which we did a few times for both shopping and dining.

Very good

The hotel was in a great location and was fanastic. Despite being only a 15 minute walk into the waterfront, there is a shuttle that can be used free of charge every hour. Drinks and food was very good and good pricing.

All in all cannot fault the hotel. Great condition, food is good and staff are very helpful. I stayed for 11 nights along with 4 colleagues for a work trip. Would have given 5 starts except all of my colleagues received a welcome gift and complimentary mid-stay gift and I received nothing
