With the exception of arranging a driver for us to go have dinner in town (he literally never came and also they were looking to charge 4 times as much as an Uber which is outrageous) was good and attentive. In room dinner was cute and so was breakfast but hard to get their waiters attention. The breakfast was soooo bad, basically you could only choose between 5 different a la carte dishes, no toast no fruit….. The white and rose wine of the complementary wine tasting (I love Jordan wines) were served warm. The place is just so commercial.
