"Loved the area, very quiet and serene. Owner very nice and affable.initial communications not clear though and hard to get hold of or gainnfull understanding of property which is made up several units with shared areas. Some units far more private than others. Parking tight but ok . Area beautuful and perfect location. House needs some attentiin w new towels etc but all ok and functional. Id stay again but in different unit."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at Chabivin. The unit was very clean and literally has everything you need at your fingertips. I would definitely recommend the Vineyard studio for a romantic getaway. It's a very modern and chic unit, yet cozy and warm. I loved the welcome note hanging on a letter board outside our unit, lovely personal touch. We will be going back very soon for a family trip this time. "I was extremely happy with our stay! Such a cozy little spot but not far from conveniences like a market and dining and VA waterfront entertainment and more restaurants! Uber is so easy to catch in this area as well! Plenty of space for clothes…I think the only thing I’d wished they had was an air cooler…it is easy and safe to open the windows for that wonderful breeze but our clothes that we washed coold have dried quicker if there was an air cooler! I would stay again nonetheless!!!"

Durch die zwei Veranden findet man immer seinen optimalen Platz. Es roch überall wunderbar nach Lavendel. Die Nutzung des Pools ist ein Zusatzbonus. Sauberkeit ist hier selbstverständlich. "The parking situation at the property is hazardous. The parking area is awkward and tight, so much so that on November 1st 2016, our first evening at the property, while we were in the cottage, one of the property owners backed into our rental car damaging the front bumper. He provided us with his insurance information so we left the property with the understanding his insurance would cover our financial damages.
