Exquisite 3 bedroom/2 bath electric heated saltwater pool and spa home on freshwater canal located in the desirable SW area of Cape Coral. This beautiful vacation home has a split floor plan with a huge living area and front sitting area both featuring streaming Smart TVs.
This gorgeous home can sleep up to 8 people, offering a large master bedroom with king bed, Smart streaming TV with slider access to lanai. The En suite bath has dual vanities and walk in shower. Both guest bedrooms have comfy king beds making this home perfect for couples or large families. As an added bonus, the main living room features a trundle bed with 2 twins. The kitchen is also very spacious with plenty of counterspace, dining for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 3. This home also has a modern formal dining area offering yet another place to spend time with friends and family.

Get the perfect Florida feeling in the outside oasis that features huge round table dining area and sectional seating. Take in the beautiful water views while lounging in the hot tub or relaxing in the heated pool. The concrete dock area gives guests access to the gulf and is perfect for fishing. This home has everything you need for a perfect vacation! Don't wait to enjoy Serenity at Cape!

*BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.

- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.

Spring Break

This house was perfect for myself and four young adults for our spring break trip. The house was clean, plenty of space inside, and a nice back patio and pool area.

Great neighborhood!

House is very nice. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Walked the neighborhood the first morning and made new friends that we hope to keep in touch with.

We arrived at 11 PM as our flight got in at 9:30. We settled in went to bed. The next day I went to get breakfast for the family. We were eating at the table and my granddaughter who is three spied some bugs. Ants were crawling all over the floor. Upon investigating more they were up above the sliding glass doors, in the sink, on the couch in the LR and everywhere. My daughter found one in my grandsons hair. We packed our stuff and went out and waited for the host. We were not going to stay there. The place was nice, needed updating but not for to stay with ants everywhere. The host refunded my money.

Winter get away

Everything was great! Totally enjoyed the pool hot tub and Lanai. Beautiful view of canal. Perfect accommodations for 2 couples.. Easy check in procedure and communication with host.
