Due to weather and flight cancellations, our stay was short. So we only got to take a nap, shower and freshen up. My family stayed here the week of July 4th holiday. The house is very much updated with TVs, and great appliances. It’s exactly as listed in the description! This house is right off of A1A and is only 4 blocks away from the beach. It’s a very easy walk. If you would rather drive to the beach we found the public parking usually available and is free! The house has 2 parking spots. If you have additional vehicles, there is a Library with public parking one block down directly across from the police department. We always felt safe here. There’s plenty of beds and even a pull out sofa. Loved the property. ##### Larry M. We loved staying here! Everything was very clean upon our arrival. And all items were well stocked. We really liked having the studio space for our 20 year old sons, they liked having their out bathroom, and escape from our other children. We went to the beach every day. There were chairs, and several other beach toys available for use at the house. The beach is a 5 minute walk, but if you prefer to drive, parking is easy right next to the beach. A short 5 minute walk to the beach and just a 45 minute drive to all of the Orlando attractions to break up the beach time (which was a plus for me). I loved seeing the ships going in and out of the port (and we actually saw a submarine surface and be pulled into port by the tug boats).
