Its difficult to find superlatives that match the enjoyment we had at the Albatroz. Its a stunning location and everything was right from the check-in to the check-out. The staff at the Hotel have a value set and desire to provide service that is matched only by 5 star establishments, and in my estimation this certainly is a 5 star Hotel. We plan to return, and frankly cant wait to do so. Go and enjoy!!

We stayed at this hotel for the duration of our week in Madeira & cannot really find a fault in anything. We stayed on a 'bed & breakfast' basis which suited us well as we didn't know what we'd be doing each day as there is such a vast amount to do in Madeira. We stayed for 5 nights and had the most relaxing and lovely time. Nice promenade in front and 5 mins drive from airport. Make sure you book free transfer to Funchal at the reception.
