  • New house (Oct 2017) of 200 m2 fully equipped, including:
    - 4 bedrooms with bathrooms including 3 suites:
    => Suite n ° 1 (1st floor) with 1 large double bed (160 * 200) + 2 dressing rooms + 1 private bathroom with walk-in shower with breathtaking views of the mountain and the sea from the shower, WC . This room has double terrace access with sea and mountain views.
    => Suite No. 2 (1st floor) including 1 large double bed (160 * 200) + 1 dressing room + 1 private bathroom with bath, WC.
    This room has a terrace access with sea view. This room has an extra bed for one person.
    => Suite No. 3 (1st floor) including 1 large double bed (160 * 200) + 1 dressing room + private bathroom with shower cubicle, WC.
    This room has a private terrace of 15 m2 with a breathtaking view of the sea, the mountain, the swimming pool below.
    => Bedroom 4 (ground floor) including 1 double bed (140 * 200) + 1 dressing room. The 4th bathroom with toilet is adjacent to the bedroom.
    This room has direct access to the swimming pool.
    The house is equipped with 2 umbrella beds for babies.
    In total the house can contain 8 people + 2 babies.

    - A large space of 58 m2 with kitchen open to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, steam generator, etc.)
    Internet included.

    - The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning in all rooms.

    - The terrace has several garden furniture and deckchairs for your comfort. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a barbecue.

    - The car park can contain up to 5 cars. Electric gate, with video system for opening from the house.

    The swimming pool is heated all year round, without any supplement, it measures 8 metres * 4 metres, depth from 1 metre to 1.70 metres.
    IMPORTANT NOTE pool heating: The pool is heated by solar panels. We guarantee water at 21 ° if the sunshine is sufficient. In winter (period from Oct to Feb, depending on the weeks, the sunshine may not allow this temperature to be reached)

    ATTENTION: YOUNG CHILDREN MUST REMAIN UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THEIR PARENTS.
    ! NEW! : A blanket was installed in June 2018 to provide families with maximum security for children. No more fear when your children are on the terrace, the blanket can support up to 100kg of load.

The host was super helpful even met us at the property to go over any questions we may have had. Kitchen was very well equipped, and even recommended a personal chef that was fantastic! Pool was very clean and a great end to the day after touring the island. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a beautiful villa, high above Ribeira Brava, without being overlooked. We had three generations staying there and there was plenty of room to have some space and privacy.The hosts are attentive, kind and helpful. They were exceptionally helpful when our daughter arrived, having to have a taxi to the property as the car hire firm had closed before she could collect the car.

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Cabouco. The Villa was lovely and extremely comfortable. The views of the sea and the surrounding area are just amazing and it was lovely to sit outside in the evening and see all the lights twinkling around us. We have stayed in VRBO villas for a number of years now, and this surpassed them all.Ricardo met us and showed us around the property, and then kindly took some of our party on a short trip around the area. Zohra also kindly arranged a whatsapp group which was very helpful.Madeira is a beautiful island and we did pack a lot into our week, visiting many different places. The tobogganing was our favourite! Quite an experience as our family differed in ages from 82 to 20!We were sad to leave. Altogether a holiday to remember with our thanks to our hosts Ricardo and Zohra. We hope it won't be too long until we can return.

Amazing Villa with incredible views!

Highly recommend this villa! Had a wonderful stay and the views are truly incredible. The villa is a short drive/taxi ride away from the town center, and centrally located to Madeira’s main tourist attractions. Zohra and Ricardo were fantastic hosts, very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing hosts, villa and location - absolutely perfect!

The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures; equipped with everything that you would find in your own kitchen, too. The views were stunning as well. What made this an even more outstanding experience was the hosts who were extremely helpful and responsive; it felt like family was looking after us. Definitely recoomend it!!

Breathtaking

Family trip to Madeira. The location and quality of the accommodations can’t be beat. Everything you need is there, just bring some food and wine. Communication was flawless. Would definitely book again if we ever make it back to Madeira.

Family celebration

This house was perfect for the celebratory gathering of our family. The setting is gorgeous; there is plenty of space for everyone and it is well appointed with everything one could wish for, for a relaxing, fun and enjoyable stay. Perfect family or couples retreat/adventure!

This is a very special place with views and amenities that will take your breath away! We were all family of 8 (4 couples and it was perfect). Being able to eat most of our meals there inside or outside (December) was a treat because the kitchen was expertly stocked for a family of 8! Ricardo and Zhora were extremely hospitable and even let a private chef (which they recommended) into the house so a birthday meal was prepared for our arrival!

Great first family holiday

Villa Cabouco was a great base for our extended family holiday. We had space for myself and my partner, our two little boys (0 + 3), my mother and sister as well as my parents in law. The kitchen was a great space for evening dining and the pool was lovely after a day out in the hills. Beware the approach road on first visit, however that's well flagged by Riccardo and Zohra on arrival. Would very happily return again!

Wow - what a gem on such a magical island

This house exceeded all expectations. The accommodations were spectacular. The views from this house were amazing. The hosts were exceptional. Ricardo showed our party the town of R Brava and made the best recommendation for restaurants, bakeries, markets, and more. The wood fire grill was also a great way to cook a few meals. This was simply a super place to reside for our week long journey in Madeira. We didn’t want to leave!

The villa is exceptionally beautiful. Many thanks to Ricardo and Zohra for the very friendly service from booking to departure. Incredible Property and Owners!

Pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s truly amazing! The house is spacious, clean and modern, but the best part is the view - breathtaking! And you get that ocean and mountain view from each room; incredible way to wake up every morning. As for the owners, you can’t have better hosts than Ricardo and Zohra. They go above and beyond to help make your stay that much better. They honestly treat you like family. Would not hesitate to rent this house again! It’s a unique gem!

Relaxing in Ribeira Brava

9 day family holiday to celebrate a decade birthday. Amazing villa with excellent views & facilities. It is as per the brochure shows & more. View from the sun deck takes your breath away. The information brochure was comprehensive & very useful. Ricardo was a welcoming host who took the time to drive my husband around the local area showing him where to park and where to shop.

Spectacular house - magnificent views

Spectacular house, magnificent views - everything is there for a perfect holiday. The owners - Zorah and her husband are also perfect hosts. Our tip: they offer to show you the way to the house. One should accept that. It's not that easy to find even with Google.
