"For the big amount of money we have paid for the stay we are very disappointed. Your hotel is not in good order and no maintenance is done since it was built. The jacuzzi didn’t work, the kids club is dirty and many things are broken. Mini golf not working, air condition in the room not working. No one spoke a word English despite this is supposed to be a 5 star international hotel. "

However, we were not pleased that the electricity went out on the second night, leaving us in total dark and cold with no air conditioning, etc. The staff were not well trained to apologize in this situation but just remained silent. "First, address is inaccurate. If you book, please call or find a way to get the correct address because the district is missing, and that is very important to have in all China, otherwise no one knows where it is, and that area has thousands of other Inn´s spread in small streets. It´s a 3 story house turned into a guesthouse? Rooms are pretty, but not very functional. Bathroom shower flooded the entire bathroom, toilet seat broke just by touching it, strange water and ticking noises all night....

For folks not familiar with the ancient city, the hotel may be a challenge to find. But not to worry, the hotel staff will work with you to find your destination.
