Great location, good view of the ocean, very clean room. There is construction in the building and they start early making it difficult if wanted to sleep late. Also the stairs to the room were very steep and narrow. Microwave and coffee maker machine didn’t work, Overall experience was good.

Poor communication, had issues to get in the room and did not receive reply for hours, same at the time of checking in, couldn't get a hold of the host. Good place but no worth the experience.

Al llegar todo bien, pero después fuimos descubriendo muchos detalles que no nos agradaron, el aire acondicionado tiraba agua dentro de la habitación, en la regadera literal salia el agua por gotas, las toallas en pésimo estado ya con hoyos, dias antes trate de comunicarme con las personas y nunca respondieron

Le falta mantenimiento a la habitación; la TV no sirvió, lo reporté y me ignoraron. Desde que llegué recibí pésima atención de Silvia Martínez, súper grosera, en lugar de hacerme sentir bienvenida, fue todo lo contrario, es muy altanera. Además me pidieron 3 veces mi INE y le tomaron foto, también a mi tarjeta; demasiado trámite para rentar una habitación que ni siquiera funciona al 100%.
