This villa is located on the 3rd Floor. It is perfectly centered in the Phase II complex and provides an unobstructed beautiful center view of both Phase II resort pools and the ocean. Truly breathtaking! Both villa and beach are wheelchair accessible.
There is an onsite grocery/convenience store. Daily maid service is included as part of the resort services (except on Sundays). There are TV's included in the bedrooms and livingroom.
When you rent from a member you have the choice to buy the all inclusive meal plan (at the member’s discounted price), but you are not obligated.
The Royal Sands is newest of the 4 Royal Resorts in Cancun. By staying at the Royal Sands, you can freely enjoy the facilities at any of the other Royal Resorts too. There is a free shuttle running between all the Royal Resorts. Everything you
