Had an amazing stay at The Flag for a week. It was the perfect peaceful stay as a solo woman traveller. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the whole area felt safe. Will be returning soon!

After Expedia reserved the wrong room against the itinerary booking, the hotel were extremely accommodating in sorting it out for us. The staff were very efficient, liaising with Expedia and had the correct room sorted for us within an hour. The deluxe room is spacious, comfortable and comes with little added extras. My husband booked this hotel to celebrate our anniversary and his birthday. On arrival we informed that our room had been upgraded which was fantastic. We were then given a tour of the hotel by the guest relations manager. Our room was stunning and huge! It is worth mentioning the massive bed which was as comfortable as it looked. The most beautiful accommodation in a great location. Welcome bits and bobs helped us loads. Couldn’t recommend enough.

The reception staff were amongst the best we’ve ever experienced and the hotel is well situated in the old town with numerous bars and restaurants within a short walk. The rooftop terrace is a great sun trap, even in January.

We just got back from here yesterday after having a lovely relaxing 3 days.Very friendly and clean hotel.Its family run so it’s got that personal touch.Dont let the few bad reviews on trip advisor put you off.I suspect they were done by jealous women against the very lovely lady who owns the hotel.

Proximity to old town and beach excellent, access simple with card to tap in . Very clean , towels changed and room cleaned daily . Great size room with table and chairs plus sofa .

The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. Every little detail was taken care of, and the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing and unforgettable experience. Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and friendly staff. Right in the heart of Marbella.Great access to public transport and walks on the promenade and the lovely old town. What a location .Definitely recommend.
