"Really friendly welcome at reception and we quickly got our keys for two twin rooms. The rooms were fine, clean and comfortable. We used the hotel to stay overnight before a Channel Tunnel crossing which was just 10 minutes away. It was the cheapest hotel that I could find in the area and exceeded my expectations. The decor was improved from the hotel's appearance on Channel 4's "4 In A Bed" a few years previous. Slightly disappointed that they don't offer breakfast, but Gingers in Hythe was excellent. "

"The check in was very nice the girl on restaurant was fantastic and i got a lovely room . Very big . The bar boy i say boy because im 65 . Was very friendly. I normally stay in Ashford International not no moor !! So friendly here !! "

"Great location right on the doorstep on the channel. Staff really friendly, romms clean and well kept. The bar was nice and decent variety of drinks. We didn't eat as i was visiting a friend do went out but will definitely consider using again wjen I'm back down. "
