Our experience here from Start to finish was great. When we arruved the road to the hotel was shut due to the local festival, and the conceiere came to collect our car to take it to a car park, and bought our bags back to the hotel. THe service was great, and the facilities (spa, pool, and outside bar) were all well staffed offering great service. Super hotel two minutes from the old town. Clean quiet and with a pool and air conditioning. Staff were a delight, especially Alice and Chiara.

Excellent location. Room small and a little basic but had all the essentials and was very clean.

Helpful charming staff. Cheery white ( of course) ambience.

The owner was very sweet and our son adopted her right away. Especially after the breakfast when she fed the donkey and dwarf horse. Our boy enjoyed caressing them and feeding them hay. We almost felt like family… many thanks again!

This place is beautiful, remarkably situated in the center of the city, quiet. Lise at the front desk was remarkable too. We never have been taking care of like this anywhere and we travel a lot

The hotel Garlande is a great little hotel in the heart of Avignon. It is set in a cobbled backstreet close to the Papal Palace. The rooms are nice (we had a 3rd floor family room). It oozes charm and is quaint (we had to climb a spiral staircase to our room). The people running the hotel are amazing and are what makes this a place to defiantly visit. Very helpful reception staff and very comfy beds. Clean rooms and just about perfect.

Lovely pool area, well looked after. Close to the lovely town. Lovely room and no shortage of towels, water etc. The service was slow sometimes and often you were waiting to order. The breakfast was Ok but the choices were limited (eg only scrambled eggs pre made 2 of the days we were there, the last day we were asked if we wanted some eggs a different way), the fruit was a limited choice.

Highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful interior and rooms and centrally located. A bit pricey but worth every euro.

A very quirky, stylish hotel with a fine restaurant and an excellent wine selection. The interiors are unusual and very tasteful.

Check in was fast. We had a few issues with the key card, this was fixed by giving us a proper key, problem solved. The room was small but perfectly formed, and clean. Aircon worked well. The pool area was nice, a lovely escape from the heat of the day. We arrived by motorbike. They had plenty of parking, and the gate locks at night (they give you a code so you can get in and out. There's a supermarket with 24hr laundry facilities in less than a 5 minute walk. Be warned, the supermarket closes...
