"Location next to the train station/Flixbus was ideal for me. I only stayed for one night, so it didn't bother me terribly to hear the trains a few times during the night. If I were staying longer I might feel differently. The property is likely an older hotel that got modern upgrades a few years ago; it is probably due for a refresh soon, but my room was fine for a quick stay."

"We loved the location of the hotel. The staff was very gracious, especially the front desk associate, Martina. She was extremely helpful with a package we were expecting. She went beyond expectations. The breakfasts were quite good, especially fresh fruit and bread. The accommodations were the only thing lacking. The room was extremely small, not enough room to open your luggage, and the shower stall barely open far enough to fit in and only trickled water from shower. For the price, I would expect more, but as a whole we were satisfied. "

"The location was amazing, right next to gondola rides. Very accommodating when I explained I couldn’t do stairs, they changed our room. Close to everything and they arranged for our water taxi to pick us up right at our hotel. Very good experience. "
