This exclusive and stylish apartment in Calpe stands out for its quality and direct beach access, offering breathtaking Mediterranean Sea views. Located in a fully gated residential complex.



Enjoy a private sea-view restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner exclusively for residents. The complex features a large swimming pool, gardens, paddle tennis court, and a social club with TV, games area, and fireplace. 24-hour security.



The 110 m² apartment includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, queen-size bed with step-free access, two bathrooms, two terraces, Neff kitchen, and a spacious open-plan living area.

Nyrenoverad otroligt snygg och bekväm lägenhet. Rent och fräscht.

Pros: Vacker och modern lägenhet med en fantastisk balkong och utsikt över medelhavet. Rent och fräscht. Bekväma möbler Läget fantastiskt på stranden och pool. Många bra restauranger i närheten. Ett fint mottagande av värden Anouk som gav en fin start på vår vistelse. Cons: Finns inget att klaga på. Vi kommer tillbaka.

Prachtig modern appartement op magnifieke locatie

Pros: Prachtig hypermodern en volledig uitgerust appartement met alle denkbare voorzieningen. Groot kookeiland met oven, grote koelkast met groot vriesvak, microwave, wijnkoeler, grote flatscreen met prachtig geluid, airconditioning, instelbare sfeerverlichting met een waaier aan te kiezen kleurinstellingen, 2 aparte badkamers met toilet, mooi terras met degelijk terrasmeubilair. Zelfs een grote parasol ter beschikking om mee naar het strand te nemen. Aan alles is gedacht om je verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Het uitzicht is echt ongeëvenaard; grote ramen over heel de lengte van het appartement van plafond tot vloer die het uitzicht op de middellandse zee alle eer aandoen. Vriendelijke gastvrouw die haar gasten prachtig ontvangt en ter beschikking staat in geval van. Private parking ondergronds op 2 stappen van de lift die je meteen op de 5de verdieping aan de ingang van je appartement brengt. Geen gesleur met bagage. Cons: /
