When we arrived the man at the front desk Gave us a key to our room. When we got to the room he gave us another set of keys and change our room last minute. The room he ultimately gave us was dirty, the shower wasn’t clean and the shower head was so dirty the water barely came out. There were no clean towels, and the coffee cup (we only had one for a room of two people) was dirty. The hotel is beautiful but the staff wasn’t friendly, and didn’t take care of the cleanliness properly.

The airport shuttle pickup was accessible and caring as we arrived very late to check in with no way to contact the hotel, and the staff were waiting till the last possible arrival flight. The breakfast was a great selection from fruit to hot food selection, with lovely service from the staff. The room was clean and a nice selection of amenities within the room. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for the stay :)
