"Hassle free check-in (earlier check in was available for us) by a very welcoming and attentive staff. The room was very nice, clean, bright and had comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast was more than adequate. They also had parking on property, which was super convenient. Location is great: near eateries and grocery stores and yes...the hot springs. Love it and would be back again. Thank you, Hotel Vale Verde!"

"Los apartamentos están bien ubicados y son amplios. Pasan cada 2 días a cambiar toallas y poner papel higiénico. No limpian ni hacen las camas (tengo la duda de si pagando sí lo hacen). Dispone de parking propio. Si es verdad que le hace falta una renovación en general al mobiliario, porque se ve antiguo. Pero hace su función.
Ojo que no hay enchufes en los lavabos. En el resto del apartamento si, pero en los lavabos no."
"We loved how easy the check in was! We arrived late however we received very detailed instructions on the check in process which made it simple despite a late arrival. The staff were kind and helpful even opening breakfast early to accommodate those of use leaving early for flights. Would recommend to anyone needing an over lay accommodation or simply something just outside ponta delgada."

"The only issue was with the lack of a wake up call on my first day when I had a morning tour planned. Neither of the two I requested went through. However, I am in a Portuguese speaking country and was not equipped to request a wake-up call in that language. The one staff member was not able to understand me, so I noted the next time I asked for a call, she wrote an hour later down- when I noted it, and wrote the correct time, she had another staff member aid me and we were able to communicate effectively and she addressed my concerns and called the tour company to assure I would be picked up. Breakfast was filling and worth it!"
