Welcoming and helpful staff, comfy beds, beautiful grounds and views and so much peace and quiet! We stayed in early April and the weather was beautiful but unpredictable (as usual in the Azores) and our room stayed a comfortable temperature the entire time without using the thermostat.
The only change I'd make is more variety at breakfast and more opportunity to try the Azorean beef at dinner!

Room was so clean, staff were super accommodating! The hotel manager was super helpful and friendly with fantastic meal and bar suggestions! The breakfast was fantastic!

The hotel itself was so beautiful and clean and inviting. The included breakfast was incredible and so was all the other dinners we decided to have there as well. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island.
