We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and very comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

The location was ideal. We stayed in three places in Madeira and this was our favourite. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are quite small. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked well. We had a deluxe room with balcony overlooking the bay which was nice. Breakfast was good and is served on the roof so you can enjoy the view. Parking is nearby at a busy public lot. Guys hang out there to assist you in finding a spot. Just have to be patient and give them a tip!

Very nice rooms and incredible breakfast buffet. We really appreciated the special touches they added for our honeymoon. It's easy walking distance from old town and has wonderful restaurants nearby. We loved catching sunset by their beautiful pool with ocean views. It feels very peaceful.

Likes-location. Calheta is a nice place the hotel is in a prime spot. Facilities very good. Pools and views at the breakfast are excellent Dislikes-we are members in the Savoy Signature group. Lovely hotel, location, food, and drinks. Also very clean and very friendly staff. The only thing we didn't like was the lighting, as the lights in the bedrooms were quite dark, so maybe upgrading the light bulbs would be nice. I definitely recommend this hotel.
