"It's a stunning location with sea an hill views, surrounded by nature. The accommodation is spotless and had everything we needed. The village had a supermarket and great cafes and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay here."

"We stayed here for two nights in Jardim do Mar and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a very pretty location, set in a quaint little square and not far from the beach, which was lovely. The hotel itself is fairly modern and comfortable. The only downside was on the second night when we noticed some small insects in the room that had shed their wings, and a few were in the bed, which was a bit off-putting. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they all spoke good English, which made everything easy. Overall, despite the minor issue, it was an enjoyable stay"

"Villa magnifique avec une vue superbe sur la mer et dans une impasse très calme. La situation est idéale pour visiter l'ile de Madère. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. La maison est bien équipée avec un salon très confortable et une belle cuisine..Seuls petits bémols dans l'une des salles de bain le débit d'eau est très irrégulier avec une arrivée d'eau chaude assez aléatoire et le matelas d'un des grands lits à ressorts n'est pas très confortable.Superbe séjour que nous pouvons que conseiller."

"When you say Madeira, people say, hiking, activities, food. You can go to the main city Funchal, and you can do many things during your stay. When you are seeking for more calm and an stunning environment then Calheta is the place to be. A little bit outside the city you find the lovely Prazeres town, with nice trips to Port Montiz and near the coastal line you have a great place for a vacation."
