"Wir, eine Familie mit Kindern im Alter von 10 bis 14 Jahren, haben uns in diesem kleinen gemütlichen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr gastfreundlich mit einer fertigen Lasagne im Kühlschrank empfangen. Der saubere, grosse Pool war ein Highlight. Ebenso der Pizzaofen. Alles, was man braucht ist in diesem Haus vorhanden, so dass man es sich einfach nur gut gehen lassen kann. Trotz der nahen Strasse haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Einfach ein schöner Ort! "My husband and I had a lovely stay here while we completed several day hikes in Northern Corsica. The owners were wonderful hosts. We really appreciated the bounty they shared from the fruit and vegetable garden on the property. The view from the shared pool was amazing, and the patios were great for relaxing after a long day of hiking. With a rental car, we found it easy to access multiple trailheads for hiking in Northern Corsica, from Losari to Vivario. We would definitely come back here!"

"Vico ist ein geniales kleines Dorf. Es gibt 3 Bäcker, 2 Supermärkte, einen Fleischladen, mindestens 3 Cafes/Kneipen, 2 Restaurants, Geldautomat, Minitankstelle... Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und schön. Man kann gut wandern und mit Auto sind weitere Wanderausgangspunkte, das höhere Gebirge und auch das Meer und die Küste gut zu erreichen."

"This is a beautifully modernised and well appointed old house in a small village in the foot hills of the mountains in northern Corsica. Chantal the owner was warm and welcoming and very helpful. Small cafe and epicerie (limited stock) close by, where the atmosphere is very convivial (Chez Margot). Be prepared to negotiate narrow, winding roads and to take your time getting anywhere. Calvi, Ile Rousse and St Florent all just over an hour away; St Antonino and other pretty villages near at hand....

We were very early in the season so many preparations and improvements were taking place, so we feel it would have been even better a little later into the month.
