"Really nice property , pool area amazing ."

"Not fit for a holiday home ,the owner has know idea how to run the solar panel system,we bought are own mobile air conditioning unit as it was over 40c inside the bungalow but were told we could not use it as she could not change the system to adapt it ! We switched it off but this lead to us having no electricity or water as the water is supplied by a electric water pump at this point we had to leave Regards Paul "

"Fantastic property. Close walking distance to large supermarket, marina, beach, shops and restaurants. Owner greeted us on arrival and gave a tour of the property. It had everything we needed for our family holiday. Very quick responses when we needed to ask anything. Early check-in was greatly appreciated. We’re already planning to return next year. If you’re thinking of booking a holiday in Cala d’Or, this property is a must!!"

"Das Haus ist toll, der Pool ist super, alles sauber und gepflegt. Vom Grill bis zur Kaffeeautomaten alles da ! Leider funktionierte die Klima im unteren Zimmer (schlafen eher schwierig) und insgesamt im unteren Bereich nicht wirklich gut. Soll aber demnächst repariert werden."

"Felt very private and located 10mins walk from the town beach and restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood with easy parking and dramatic backdrop of mountains. Lovely property and pool was a huge bonus. Air conditioning in main room and fans in bedrooms made it comfortable. Well equipped kitchen."

"Pros: Das Haus liegt für unseren Geschmack ausgezeichnet: ca. 2 km vor Santanyi und ca 7-8 km bis zu den Stränden, was auch mit dem Fahrrad gut zu bewältigen ist. Die Gastgeberin Marta ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, nimmt Kritik konstruktiv an und setzt diese um, d.h. sie arbeitet aktiv an der Optimierung von La Casita.
