"Aankomst was in het donker, waardoor we het appartement 2 keer voorbij gereden waren. Sleutel lag in een kluisje verderop, prima geregeld. Appartement is prima, enigszins wat verouderd. Mooi terras beneden en een groot dakterras. Zwembad is heerlijk en 24/7 open. Airco living ging kapot (in augustus echt een must) en werd snel gemaakt. "All communication with Tanja was great with speedy replies and helpful information. The apartment is well looked after and has clean, fresh linens. Balcony is a good size and plenty of room for 4 of us! The people watching opportunities from the balcony vantage point were great! "Pros: Apartment size was perfect for 4 adults and a toddler. The host provided a high chair and cot on request. The apartment was clean and had everything in it that we needed. The apartment itself felt larger than in the pictures and had every amenity we needed for a two week stay. "My husband and I had such a wonderful stay here! You would never know there were other guests staying on the property because of how peaceful and quiet it is. The property sits on a mountain with so many beautiful pathways and secluded areas that it feels incredibly private and peaceful. Everything was so well maintained, and the mountain views were absolutely amazing. All of the staff were so kind and welcoming-there wasn't a single worker that wasn't amazing. And the included breakfast was AMAZING. So fresh, with so many options to choose from. Every morning, the staff were so attentive and kind. We would love the opportunity to come back and stay again one day!"

"Overall Rating: 3/5 Mixed Experience – Great Food, but Housekeeping & Maintenance Need Work I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed overall experience. While certain aspects of our stay were wonderful, several operational issues detracted from what could have been a much better vacation. The Pros: Dining & Restaurant: The main restaurant was excellent. The food quality for main meals was top-notch, well-prepared, and delicious. Compliments to the culinary team! Amenities: The general hotel facilities and amenities were great and added a lot of value to our downtime. The Cons: Housekeeping & Pest Issues: On a couple of occasions, housekeeping missed cleaning our room entirely. More concerningly, we experienced an ant infestation in our room, which definitely affected our comfort. Wi-Fi / Internet: The Wi-Fi connection was very unreliable throughout our stay, frequently dropping signal. Snacks & Drinks: While the main restaurant meals were outstanding, the snack bar menu was only average. Additionally, the quality of the alcoholic beverages was disappointing and fell below expected standards. Verdict: The hotel has strong potential thanks to its fantastic dining and great amenities, but management needs to address housekeeping consistency, pest control, Wi-Fi reliability, and drink quality to deliver a truly high-end experience."

"Our stay was lovely from arrival. We were given a lovely welcome,cool flannels as it was very hot and a welcome drink. Everything was explained very well, I downloaded the app as that was the best way to see what activities there were each day, look at menus from the bars and restaurant and also contact reception or the spa. We were then taken to our room, which was amazing. All rooms have a sea view. The junior suite was beautifully decorated with the bed facing the balcony and the sea. The rest of our stay was great. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of choice. The pool area is beautiful as you are surrounded by the sea and you can alternate between swimming in the pool and sea. I had a spa treatment Dalia who was very friendly and kind and gave a great massage. I felt very looked after by her and her colleague Luminita. I would recommend going to the spa for a treatment. We dined in the restaurant onsite and it was nice, as you could sit outside and watch the sunset. Although there was a mix up and our main course took a long time, which they apologised for. All the staff were incredibly nice and friendly and were always there to help. One of the bar staff was very accommodating with my partners request to watch a specific football match on the TV in the lobby bar area. The bed was turned down each night with a lovely chocolate, lavender and a message/quote which I thought was a lovely touch. Highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be back."

"Buffet was very amazing , had all the things to make your dietary needs met and open til 11 very helpful! Spa was a MUST !!!! Especially after a long day of activity. Very clean property , lots of shops, restaurants, beach and pools all walking distance , we will definitely be back!"
