"Wir ( Paar )haben eine sehr schöne 2 wöchige Zeit im Haus von Svenja und Phillip verbracht. Die Gegend ist wunderschön ruhig, das Meer ist unmittelbar in der Nähe ( wenn man auch direkt am Haus nicht baden kann )Baden geht sehr gut in der Calla Llombards, ca 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt.Aber eigentlich möchte man das Haus gar nicht verlassen. Viele sehr schöne Außenbereiche mit sehr bequemen Gartenmöbeln laden zum Verweilen ein und erlauben einen Blick auf das Meer. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die Dachterasse mit dem Daybed mit Meerblick. Herrlich !! Die Dachterasse eignet sich auch sehr gut für ein paar Yogaübungen ( Matten sind vorhanden ) Weiterhin verfügt das Haus über eine Außendusche mit Kalt und Warmwasser.Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Wir lieben es zu kochen und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und der Innenbereich ist stilvoll und liebevoll dekoriert. Hervorheben möchte ich die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthaltes.Santanyi , ein sehr schönes kleines Städtchen erreicht man innerhalb von 10 min mit dem Auto. Hier gibt es sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel und in der Innenstadt auch sehr schöne Geschäfte. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, viel gelesen, gekocht und diesen außergewöhnlich schönen Platz genossen und kommen gerne wieder.Absolute Weiterempfehlung für alle die stilvolle Entspannung suchen und mit freundlichen Gastgebern kommunizieren wollen.Danke :)"

"A fabulous location! The cottage was well equipped with goodies on arrival. I would say not suitable for young children or elderly people with any mobility issues. Cala Santanyí out of season is very quiet and no shops to buy supplies so make sure you grab some on your way. Would recommend Cafe Drac for food."

"This vacation home is absolutely gorgeous and the host has provided everything you would ever need for a fantastic vacation. Pool is a dream, stunning landscaping with beautiful cactuses and succulents. Great amenities, plenty of hot water, clean, extremely well maintained and just a few minutes from a. Lovely white sand beach. I can not recommend this home highly enough"

"One of the worst places to ever make a booking. Completely inflexible, took our money and refused to refund us even a dollar even though we had a medical emergency and had given them significant advance notice. They have also made it a point not to respond to us or to Expedia because of our request for a refund when there was a real medical emergency and we couldn't travel. While we understand that the hotel has its own terms and conditions, this demonstrates a very clear basis to avoid places like this, and to book in places that are more flexible and customer-centric. We will never book in this place again and will likely tell all our friends not to either. Stay away!!!!"

"Beach bar was always noisy, they were playing music till late night. You could hear everything, not optimal to sleep. The hotel was very old, you could hear also everything from other guests. The breakfast was okay, not too much variety. Beach views were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, there are a lot of free spots 2-3 min away from hotel (public parking). There are not many restaurants there, without car is not practical. "

"We had a great stay. The villa felt so homely and relaxing. We had everything that we needed there for a comfortable holiday with our two young boys. The host was so helpful and thoughtful with excellent communication throughout. We will come back! "

"The place was easy to get to from Palma (a couple of straightforward buses). Some local amenities like grocery stores and restaurants were close and of good quality. Greatest thing about it was how close it was to the main beach and easy access to other beaches via bus or your own transport.However, it was disappointing that the water in the house was salty and some of the equipment wasn't functioning when we got there (e.g. kitchen exhaust fan standing fan) but fortunately the caretakers were able to respond quickly and gave us solutions to address it.Overall, it was a nice enjoyable stay there."
