If an exceptionally well-appointed, luxurious, comfortable and relaxing place to stay is what you are looking for, then look no further. My family had the most relaxing stay, with the pool and the very local beaches keeping the teenagers very well entertained in the daytime (I think the high-speed wifi, everywhere at the house, was also mentioned a few times as well!)With a 10-minute walk to Portopetro in the evening for some excellent restaurants, the villa was perfectly placed for eating out. The house was also well equipped for cooking at home, with everything you could need to cook up a feast.Lynn met us at the property and gave us all the local knowledge. We had an absolutely magical time and would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Wonderful !

Villa even better than photos, amazing kitchen , spotlessly clean everywhere , lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful seating areas outside. Easy walk into Porto Petro ( no car) which is a sweet town with lots of restaurants etc and walking distance to two lovely beaches ( 20 mins). We had the best time. Lyn was fabulous and very helpful.

Beautiful villa in peaceful surroundings

A beautiful villa in a peaceful area. Great swimming pool, plenty of space for everyone. We were two couples all over 70. Lyn the property manager was fabulous, v attentive and went above and beyond. The house is immaculate. The kitchen is fitted with high end appliances and the showers and bathrooms were stunning. We definitely recommend the property if you are looking for a great house in a wonderful location. Restaurants are located nearby, just a 15min walk away.

We had a fabulous week at this beautiful house. The owner and property manager were excellent at communicating with us. Everything was perfect. The house is exceptionally well appointed, the kitchen is fabulous. The pool area is beautiful and the bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious. Perfect for us as a family with adult children and an 8 month old grandchild. The location is peaceful and only a short walk to plenty of great restaurants. The house was spotlessly clean. I would recommend this house without hesitation. It’s a shame we only had it for a week. None of us wanted to leave. Many thanks

Fantastic

We just left after spending a fabulous week at the villa! Really is as nice as the pictures! Has everything you can think of or need! Great space inside and the outside area with sofa, sun loungers, tables etc was fantastic! Porto Petro is a short stroll ( 7mins) with selection of restaurants to try ( recommend booking in advance) ! Villa is nice and quiet and was incredibly peaceful! Kids loved the pool and spent majority of their day in it! Communication with owner and property manager Lynn was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate in returning! Taxis were the only thing we struggled with however if just staying in area and walking into Porto Petro then it won’t be an issue! We walked to beach from villa and got a bus back ! Well worth a visit! Porto Petro isn’t overrun with tourists ( that may change with the newly opened resort) and has a lovely village feel to it! If you want quiet, relaxing family time and chilled rather than bustling nightlife then this is the perfect spot!! Will be hard to find a villa to match the beauty of this one! We loved it!

A Perfect Family Getaway in Majorca

Our family, spanning three generations from infants to grandparents, had an unforgettable experience at Es Parats villa in Majorca. The villa catered to all our needs, providing comfort, convenience, and luxury. The modern kitchen and appliances made cooking a breeze, and we enjoyed delicious barbecued fresh sardines from the local supermarket in the evenings. The eco-friendly design kept the interior cool, with external shutters blocking out sunlight, creating a natural air conditioning effect. The swimming pool was a highlight, with perfect water temperature, and the surrounding garden was meticulously maintained. We had excellent sleep quality thanks to the comfortable beds and well-appointed en-suite bathrooms! The nearby beaches were stunning, with Parc Natural Mondrago being our top recommendation. The beach is within walking distance for adults (about 20 minutes), but we recommend a short drive if you have little ones (4-5 years old). Sun lounges were available for €16 for two, and the beachside restaurant and bar were fantastic. We highly recommend trying the grilled gilt-head bream at the beach restaurant. We also visited Cala Barca, which caters primarily to hotel guests, but non-residents can enjoy the restaurant buffet for €26 per person or €37 with drinks (tickets available at reception). This villa is ideal for families with infants, children, and both young and older members. We had such a wonderful time that we are already planning our return visit!

We had an amazing week in this villa which is well equipped and sits alone in around 2 acres. We hired cars, so easy to get around in the heat, otherwise i would say 10 min walk to Porto Petro depending on age and fitness.

We have stayed in many villas over the years but this one has topped them all. The photos are great but the villa is even more impressive in real life. It’s really spacious with luxurious fittings and furnishings, all of which give it a real home from home feel. The pool & gardens are beautiful and so very private. Everything has been carefully thought out and provided to allow for a wonderful stay. Porto Petro is a 15 minute stroll away with its great selection of restaurants, while Cala D’Or’s beautiful marina and town are only a ten minute drive away giving more choice if needed. Another gem was the stunning Cala Mondrago beach only a 4 minute drive from the villa. Thanks again for an amazing stay, we will be sure to return for another great holiday.

Exceeded all our exoectations!

This is simply the best house we have ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything and it really is home away from home. The bedrooms are stylish and well furnished, with comfortable beds and loads of storage space. Even laundry baskets were provided. Downstairs is just beautiful - so homely as well as cool and the addition of the Sonos speakers is a lovely little extra. We didn’t want to leave the kitchen! 2 sinks made it so easy to cater for 8 people! There was every piece of equipment we could have wanted and plenty of glasses and crockery for every event or meal you could need! There were loads of dishwasher tablets as well which is a small thing that really bugs us usually when we have to buy them. We obviously spent most of the time outside, using the beautiful and good quality furniture and alternating between the 2 tables which both seat 8. The pool is amazing and the addition of the cabana is great for a relaxing read or snooze. I can’t stress enough how much we loved this house and couldn’t find a thing to not be happy about which is so rare when renting holiday homes.

Eine sehr schöne finca - ein Paradies

Die Finca mit Pool, Garten, das ganze Anwesen ein Traum. Wir haben eine Woche mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern dort verbracht. Es gibt dort sehr sehr viel Platz, die Küche ein Paradies für Köche. Einrichtung und Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten sehr durchdacht und geschmackvoll. Chapeau! Wir haben jeden Tag genossen. Vielen Dank, dass wir diese finca, die ja eigentlich eine Villa ist, mieten durften. Wir wünschen den Eigentümern nur Gäste, die dieses schöne Anwesen würdigen und pfleglich behandeln. Perfektes Get-Away

Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und deren Partnern für 2 Wochen vor Ort. Die Lage des Hauses war für unsere Befürnisse optimal. Morgens mal schnell (15 Min.) zu Fuß zum kleinen Supermarkt oder im Laufe des Tages 2 km zum Strand- das ließ sich alles gut ohne Auto und damit ohne nervende Parkplatzsuche machen. Das Haus selber ist ein Traum. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung sind geschmackvoll, funktionell und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit Markus und seiner Verwaltung vor Ort liefen einwandfrei. Alles in allem: absolut empfehlenswert :-)

Es war traumhaft

Wir verbrachten traumhaft schöne Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Bezaubernd angelegtes Grundstück, tolles Wohngefühl, schöner Weitblick, große gemütliche Küche, ansprechender Aussenbereich mit Lounge Ecke und Aussengrill, ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in naher Umgebung, Strände in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns schon!
