"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, aber der Ausblick ist das Highlight gewesen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer gut. Bei Problemen wurde sofort geholfen.Das Internet konnte ich auch zum mobilen Arbeiten nutzen, ging problemlos. Auch unseren erwachsen Kinder haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, auch wenn es bis zum nächsten Mal etwas dauern wird. Insgesamt waren wir 4 Wochen in der Wohnung und das Apartment wurde zwischendurch auch einmal gereinigt und wir bekamen neue Handtücher. Vielen Dank, dass wir hier eine so unvergessliche Zeit verleben durften!"

It is a 10 minute walk to the marina and a 30 minute walk into Cala d’or or you could get the ting ting train which runs often throughout the day.The property itself is quite basic in need of some TLC.POSITIVESair-conditioning in each bedroom.Good size pool.Outdoor seating.Sun loungers.Washing machine.Ironing facilities.One bathroom per bedroom.Safe in one bedroom.One linen change in our 10 days stay.Two towel changes in our 10 days stay.Host dealt with air-conditioning problem we had quickly in effectively.NEGATIVESTwo of the bedrooms are separate to the main building and only one key per door so the people in the separate bedrooms could not access the main house during the night unless we left the house door open!The upstairs bedroom has poor Aircon the guests in that room spent a few nights in the main living room on the sofa as their Aircon did not work effectively and they were too hot.No Aircon in the main living room so you have to leave the bedroom doors open for it to be cool.Main living area is quite small for eight peopleShaded seating area outside near the pool isn’t very shaded as canopy is small.No parasols by pool (we bought our own)No pool cover so pool got very warm very quickly.Furniture and kitchen facilities inside a bit grubby and could do with updating."
