"Loved this hotel - very central to shops and a 3-5 min walk to the beach - all the staff are very friendly frbut m reception to the bar staff , I want to recognise Mohammed young man working in the bar he was so friendly and superb customer service , the entertainment is brilliant lead by Ally he is so much so fun puts his heart and soul into making sure everyone enjoys their holidays , he would be a miss if he ever left for sure - if you’re on the fence about booking don’t hesitate brilliant value for money "

"A fantastic couples long weekend away. Great service from reception (even before we arrived), the restaurant and pool service. The massage in the spa was one of the best my wife has had. The food was fantastic, the pool was brilliant a fantastic place to relax... we are definitely coming back and next time we will bring the children."

"I express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was far from acceptable, and I feel compelled to share the issues we encountered. Firstly, the hotel staff were unhelpful and dismissive, which left me feeling extremely distressed. The room we were assigned had no working air conditioning, rendering it unfit for purpose, especially considering the high temperature. When I initially called reception, I was told the issue was being looked into. My wife and I waited in the room for over an hour—it was unbearably hot, like a sauna. After a second call to reception, I was informed that nothing could be done until the next day, which was clearly unacceptable. I voiced my concerns, and again the receptionist said she would get back to me, but no action was taken. After a further 45 minutes, I went to reception personally, by which time my wife was beginning to feel unwell due to the heat, and the entire situation was causing both of us considerable angst and distress. Eventually, a barman was sent to the room who confirmed the air conditioning was not working and stated there was nothing he could do. At that point, we decided we could not remain at the hotel under these conditions and requested a refund. The receptionist informed me that, because we had booked through Expedia, a refund was not possible. I explained that the room was not fit for use, and as no alternative solution was offered we left..."
