"Cala Llonga is my favourite and perfect family holiday destination. I've been going there for over 30 years. "Asked to pay again at reception when we checked by a very rude lady! Showed her the email detailing my full payment and explained I had already paid - her reply " no you haven't" and said if I did not pay my room key would be blocked! She was so abrupt.......
