"This lodge was very well equiped. Very clean. Excellently positioned with a wonderful lakeside view .. Bedrooms a little small but very comfi. Plenty of storage for how ever long your stay is.. Excellent parking.. And a excellent access ramp.."

"Me and my wife can say we were so happy with this vip hideaway lodge its was perfect the hot tub was an excellent perk to it and I have to say the views and scenery was amazing seeing the rabbits come out at night and seeing the peacocks walk around freely was lovely everyone there was so friendly and polite itâ€™s a very tranquil destination on Park fishing was a lot of fun and the staff was so polite and respectful I would highly recommend everyone gives it a chance itâ€™s worth every penny...

"Idyllic retreat to disconnect and immerse in 'nature cure'. Wildlife watching from the door: stargazing and bat patrol. Log burner ensured nights were cosy. Fairy lights in the willow tree added magic at dusk. I love the layout of this Shepherd's hut and hope to return."

"The lodge is modern and clean, the hot tub was cleaned every morning by John and was immaculate. The only downside was the mattresses in the main rooms which need to be replaced as they were very uncomfortable. We were provided with mattress toppers but they didnâ€™t really resolve the issue. The wet room in the en suite doesnâ€™t have a proper barrier to prevent the water from leaking into the bedroom and the water quickly builds up as the drain is too small. If it wasnâ€™t for these issues...

"What an amazing break we had! Site is spotless, lodge was gorgeous, beautiful walks & scenery. Wildlife was lovely, watched a kestrel every afternoon in the field next to us. Wonderful hot tub & hubby didnt stop catching fish! Perfect thank you!"
