Byron Bay Accom - 4/35 Fletcher Lane - Amore

Amore is a light and airy two bedroom apartment conveniently located in a quiet lane just one street back from the main part of town. This lovely property is comfortably furnished with open plan living and dining areas that flow out to an outdoor balcony complete with BBQ.

The modern spacious kitchen has everything needed including a dishwasher. The lounge area is roomy and includes a flat screen TV and there is a private laundry downstairs.

A short walk will find you at Main beach or just across the road will find you in the heart of Byron's shops, cafes and restaurants. A great location for your next Byron Bay holiday.

Nice apartment, Excelent location, bugs in the kitchen

Location is unbeatable, very comfortable for price/quality ratio, but kitchen is infested with bugs and croaches 😢. Besides that, apartment is very comfortable for 4/5 people.

I was upset and disappointed to find out that the property management company deceived us by indicating that the property I rented was located close to the Beach Hotel. When searching for a property on wotif, I searched under maps and selected this property which showed that it was located near the beach and next to the Beach Hotel. This is incorrect and misleading! The hotel is located down the street three/four blocks from where it is tagged. Having not travelled to Byron before I had no idea where the location was and where to collect the key. Having people "pre-check-in" also adds to the poor experience as you don't have an opportunity to see where the property is before you finalise check-in. No doubt many people have been caught out by this.

Overall the accommodation was good for price and location, but would benefit from refurbishment/deep clean.

Prime location but not very clean

Getting to the property was very easy and the price was great! However, the cleanliness of the property was very low. The floors felt and smelt damp the entire time. The stove, oven and pots were dirty when we got there, as were many of the plates and cutlery. We had a lovely time but it also meant we constantly felt dirty, no cleaner than you would in a cheap hostel. If the carpet and kitchen flooring and kitchen were properly cleaned it would have been amazing

Good location

It would be an easy fix to install a simple split system air conditioner, a ceiling fan in the main room wasn't enough. Block out curtains in the bedrooms would have been ideal , overall the space was good & the location central, could do with a good dusting.
