"The staff was very nice. The room service food was great! It was nice having the water park next door and you get 1/2 price if you’re a hotel guest. The airport shuttle is free and runs every hour. My only complaint was the A/C didn’t get that cold. "

"All the staff at the hotel/property were really friendly and nice except for the female staff in the restaurant. The female staff in the restaurant had no patience and spoke very abruptly I am not sure if it’s because she struggled to understand what I was trying to say.
