We had a very unpleasant stay at Hotel Cismigiu. My family and I booked 3 rooms. Check in was OK, suites are nice. After the first night we went exploring the city and came back in the afternoon. They canceled all of our room keys to make sure we go through reception. The reception agent had very weird accusations, he told us we mess up the room, that they saw water on the floor (when you take a shower the bathroom's floor might get wet) and that we put towels on the floor (That's common in hotels around the world, if you want a towel to be replaced you put it on the floor. Later I noticed they actually have a sign in the bathroom saying "dropped towels will be replaced" btw I did put one towel on the hanger after use, which was also replaced). Me and my family are very clean and respectful we traveled to many places around the world, we never received any complain and didn't encounter such behavior from hotel staff. Then the man in the reception said that if we won't behave he will cancel our reservation and will kick us from the hotel (according to him this come from the hotel's manager). We felt not wanted, it was a hostile environment. I suspect it was because my father is on a wheelchair and they don't like disabled people in their hotel, or maybe us being Israeli Jews and hotel staff were antisemitic.
Suites had kitchen, what if someone will cook (which we didn't)? Rooms had recycling cans (plastic, paper, glass) which is great but no can for regular/biodegradable trash
